Ottawa, Canada, March 28, 2016 – Excelocity announces the availability of the latest firmware release for its flagship FXSATA11-3232 and FXSATA11-3232W products. The latest major release includes a new web graphical user interface (GUI) and support for CWMP (CPE WAN Management Protocol aka TR-069) and the latest TR104 data model. The new web GUI makes it more user-friendly and the support of TR-069 protocol and TR-104 data model allows our service provider customers to employ no-touch provisioning in their networks using our products.

According to Goutam Shaw, President of Excelocity, “In order for VoIP to become ubiquitous the operators are employing similar concepts borrowed from PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network), i.e., the equipment is expected to function once connected to the network, in other words dial tone shall be present as soon as the phone is connected. The TR-069 based infrastructure allows achieve this objective”.

The Excelocity products are built with its award winning V2IP engine adapted to DSP Group’s System on a Chip (SoC) DSPs.
