  Excelocity has joined Mindspeed's OpenMind ecosystem for developing V²oP framework applications. The XL-Gateway Framework solution helps Telecom vendors build V²oP products faster with a better quality time to market. Excelocity plans to run the VoP gateway application, built using the XL-Gateway Framework components on Mindspeed's Comcerto Evaluation boards.
